Welcome to Dance Off the Inches Calorie Blasting Party. This party is for EVERYONE, so set aside your inhibitions and let’s groove! Dance leader Julz Arney and her friends take you through four different dance sequences that each start out at a moderate pace and then shift to an energetic, calorie-burning tempo to really blast away those extra inches! Are you ready to stomp, cha cha, mambo and dip? Do you want to shake, twist and move those hips? All of these moves are specifically designed to be as effective as they are fun. And don’t worry if you have two left feet - Julz breaks down each move and keeps things simple. So let’s get this party started and Dance Off the Inches!
